The Founder
Who is Behind the Stage BESTIE
Suz Simonson
International speaker, bestselling author, Success Strategist, Human Design Projector, stroke survivor, & entrepreneur with over two decades in the game. Suz founded Behind the Stage BESTIE to bring her Projector gift, her lived experience, & her strategic vision to female speakers who are ready to stop playing small.
Stroke2Success has been a business for 11 years. Suz has been a professional photographer for 23 years. Both support the work she does with Neurospicy Female Speakers, drawing from experience & curiosity to help them take the best stages out there for them. Her own dream speaking stages are healthcare & education professional conferences of 1,000+ attendees.

As a Human Design Projector, Suz sees where a speaker is headed 3, 6, & 12 months out before most people can spot it themselves. This gift is the backbone of how BTSB identifies, attracts, & supports Dream Clients.
Projectors guide. They see the full path. Suz brings that clarity to every single stage of the client journey, from the first Blueprint session all the way through Ride or Die monthly support. Her husband acted as the first Behind the Stage BESTIE, booking all the things & handling every behind-the-scenes detail, & that same energy lives in everything BTSB does today.
