Confidence is a Muscle.

I’ve built mine from the ground up TWICE! When I was young I believed EVERYTHING for everyone else - but not for myself. I built confidence because of others’ belief in me. When “THEY” said I could do something - I believed them… Enough people believed in me, enough times that their belief became mine.

On September 25th 2010,

my life was forever changed. I had a hemiplegic migraine that led to a stroke. I then had the mindset of a newborn. I GOT TO rebuild my confident muscle through the support & constant belief of my family & friends. My family believed that I would FULLY recover, they fought for me & were at my side (literally 24/7 for 3.5 months) You haven’t come this far just to come this far!
