Partnership Terms

Clear expectations.
Full trust.

These terms are designed to protect both humans equally. They are the agreements that make a full, joyful, sustainable partnership possible for both people from the very start.

0190-Day Alignment Period
The first 90 days are a mutual alignment period. Both partners build trust, refine systems & confirm that this structure serves both humans fully. At the end of 90 days, both partners explicitly celebrate what is working & confirm with full enthusiasm moving forward. Either partner may shift the structure during the alignment period with 30 days written notice, full grace & full respect for both parties. This protects both humans from the very beginning.
02Suzy's Energy & Availability
As a Human Design Projector, Suzy operates with focused, high-quality energy that is honored through intentional rest & recovery. Agreed working hours are [X to Y, weekdays]. After-hours messages receive a response within the next business day. Events & logistics requests work best with advance notice so Suzy shows up fully prepared & at full capacity. Honored Projector energy shows up with full excellence. This structure is what keeps Suzy's contribution extraordinary for the long term.
03Event & Photography Advance Notice
Events included in the retainer work beautifully with a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice for logistics coordination & photography preparation. Events within the 3-week window are subject to availability & are billed separately regardless of retainer tier. Additional events beyond the included monthly count (2 for $5,997 tier, 4 for $8,497 tier) are billed at $497/hr for photography, with a logistics coordination fee of $[X] per event to be agreed upon together.
04Suzy's Own Brand & Speaking Path
Suzy's speaking path in healthcare & education stages, her Stroke2Success brand & her photography business are fully protected & supported within this partnership. The Andrea partnership celebrates Suzy's growth alongside Andrea's. Both humans thrive together. Suzy's own speaking invitations, brand presence & stage bookings are honored & prioritized within the partnership structure. Both missions move forward together, always.
05Commission Tracking & Payment
Commission is calculated on sales Suzy directly converted through her own conversations, outreach & follow-up. A shared tracking system (to be chosen together) documents all leads, conversations & closes with full visibility for both partners. Commission is paid within 7 business days of client payment clearing. Stage booking bonuses are paid within 7 days of the confirmed booking contract being signed. Full transparency is the standard here. Both partners have complete visibility into the pipeline at all times.
06Quarterly Partnership Reviews
Every 90 days, both partners sit down for a full partnership review. What is working beautifully. What wants to grow. Where the revenue is going. Whether the tier structure still serves both humans at their fullest. These conversations happen with honesty, warmth & the shared commitment to keeping this a hell yes for both people. The quarterly review is the space to bring anything that wants to shift. Both partners commit to this conversation with full openness & full respect for where each human is.
07Confidentiality & Client Trust
Suzy represents Andrea's brand with full care in all sales conversations. Client information, pipeline details, business strategy & financial terms shared within the partnership are fully confidential, extending beyond the active partnership period. Andrea's trust in Suzy's representation is the foundation this partnership is built on. Both partners honor it fully & always.
08Business Ownership & Independence
This is a partnership agreement between two independent business owners. Suzy holds full ownership of Stroke2Success & all associated IP. Andrea holds full ownership of The Bold Life Design & all associated IP, including the SoftRebel LeadersMethod. Neither partner holds equity, ownership, or decision-making authority in the other's business. All AI systems & assets built for Andrea's business remain with Andrea. All photography & content produced within the partnership remains available to Andrea for ongoing use in her business.
09Partnership Evolution
After the 90-day alignment period, the partnership evolves with a minimum of 60 days written notice for any structural changes. The retainer is honored through the notice period. Commission on sales closed during this period is paid in full on the standard schedule. We are building this with full intention. When life asks for evolution, both partners handle it with the same integrity, grace & respect that started this whole conversation.
