1 Build the Video Library

Why first: your evergreen videos are the foundation everything links to.
  1. In the left menu, click Memberships → Courses.
  2. Click + Create Product & pick Start from scratch.
  3. Name it & add a cover image in your brand colors.
  4. Add a Category (think of it as a folder, like "Spotlight Sessions"), then add Lessons inside it.
  5. In each lesson, paste your video link (Vimeo, YouTube, or upload) & add notes or a PDF.
  6. Flip each lesson toggle to Published so members can see it.

Tip: Keep videos short & focused (5 to 15 min). Members finish more & come back often.
Optional: Turn on Drip to release videos week by week & keep the energy paced.

2 Build the Group

Why: this is the home base where members gather, post wins, & feel the live energy.
  1. Click Memberships → Communities, then Create Group.
  2. Name it, add your logo & cover, & set it to Private (members only).
  3. Set up a few channels: Welcome, Spotlight Coaching, & Wins.
  4. Open the group's Learning tab & link the Course you built in Phase 1.

Andrea's MG energy: the group is her network coming alive. Seed the first few posts yourself so members walk into a warm, lit-up room & respond to it.

3 Set the Live Spotlight Coaching (Zoom)

Why: the live calls are the magic. One recurring link keeps it simple forever.
  1. In Zoom, create a Recurring meeting (same link every time) & turn on cloud recording.
  2. Copy that one Zoom link.
  3. In your group's Spotlight Coaching channel, pin a post with the link & the call schedule.
  4. Build a simple GHL Workflow that emails the link & a reminder before each call.
  5. After each call, drop the recording back into the Course as a fresh evergreen lesson.
The loop: live call → record → add to library. Every session makes the evergreen content richer with zero extra filming.

4 Make It Paid

Why: one offer unlocks the group & the videos together the moment someone pays.
  1. Go to Memberships → Offers (or Products) & create a new paid offer.
  2. Set the price (one-time or monthly) & connect your payment account.
  3. Attach the Group & the Course to this offer so buying unlocks both at once.
  4. Grab the checkout link & that's your sales link to share.

5 Test It Like a Member

Why: you'll feel exactly what your members feel & catch anything before launch day.
  1. Use the checkout link to buy as a test member (or grant yourself access).
  2. Confirm you land in the Group, see the videos under Learning, & spot the pinned Zoom post.
  3. Check that the reminder email fires from your workflow.
  4. Smooth any rough edges, then open the doors. 🎉
