The Quickstart Activation

Andrea's 7-day workbook reborn as a 7-day email engine. no new content. no reinventing.
the math →
The Quickstart Guide is already a 7-email sequence in disguise. Each day = a Reflection, Micro-Action, Grounding Practice & "for the neurons in the back" closer. We pull what Andrea already wrote, drop it into 7 emails in her voice, layer in a strategic CTA arc & wire it up in GHL. Translation work, not creation work.

Implementation notes
— sender
From: Andrea Gharritt
Email: andrea@thebld.com (or her primary GHL sender)
Reply-to: same. Replies are valuable engagement signals.
— trigger
Email 1 fires immediately on book purchase confirmation. If purchase happens after 8pm in the buyer's timezone, delay until 7am local next morning so the email lands at peak open time.
— cadence
24 hours between each email. Send time: 7am local when possible. Use GHL's timezone detection on the contact record.
— personalization
First-name token at the greeting if available. Fallback: "SoftRebel" (works as a brand name, never feels generic).
— the links
Each "Day N in your Quickstart →" link points to the customer portal page for that day. Strategy Session link points to thebld.com/strategy (or qualification form when ladder is live).
— mobile-first
Andrea's audience reads on phones at 6am, in waiting rooms, on lunch breaks. Single-column. Big tap targets. Short paragraphs. No fancy multi-column layouts.
— tagging
Tag every contact with "softrebel-quickstart-day-N" as each email opens. Identifies who completed the sequence, who fell off where, and warm pipeline for Strategy Session pitches.
— next sequence
For buyers who reach Day 7 but don't book a Strategy Session within 7 days: Move 5 nurture sequence kicks in (post-Quickstart engagement, Toolkit drip, GSDC introduction).
