Here's the truth I want to drop right at the top: your genius is obvious to everyone except you. You've been so busy minimizing it, calling it "luck" or "common sense" or "anyone could do that" — meanwhile, the people around you have been seeing it & benefiting from it for years.
Today's job is to let them tell you what you couldn't see yourself.
Your reflection: List five moments in the past year where you created impact — big or small. Don't qualify. Don't shrink them. List them.
Your micro-action: Text three people this exact line:
"Quick question — what's one thing you think I do exceptionally well or effortlessly?"
Highlight the themes that repeat. That's your Zone of Genius reflected back to you.
Your grounding practice: Shake out your hands, arms & shoulders for 20 seconds. Let the visibility cringe move through you instead of stopping you. (Yes it'll feel weird. Do it anyway.)
